Organoleptic characteristics:

intense ruby red color with violet reflections and garnet rim.

Hints of red fruit, black cherry and wild berries

Full, persistent flavor, good structure, with well-integrated tannins

 

Pairings: red meats, game, roasts, cured meats and aged cheeses

 

Serving temperature: 16° - 18°C
